This year for Easter we went down to spend it with my parents in Bountiful. We went down on Saturday and went over to my Grandma's house. All the men went to the Priesthood session together and the girls stayed home and had fun. When we got back to my parents I was getting Isabelle to bed and I fell asleep! I think Isabelle fell asleep too. So Kevin had to get everything ready by himself. He kept coming in to ask me questions and to tell me to get up, which I faintly remember...I was so out of it! He, along with the Easter Bunny, did a great job with Easter.

The girls both got swimming suits and sunglasses in their baskets, along with lots and lots of eggs and candy.

Isabelle just couldn't resist trying on her swim suit. After she had it on she said she was ready to go to the beach and she was serious. Too bad it snowed on Easter! She was quite disappointed she couldn't wear her swimming suit outside.

My Dad got tickets for me and Kevin to go to the morning session of conference. I had never been to conference. It was a really neat experience. I loved having conference on Easter. So many of the messages had to deal with Easter and with the atonement and resurrection of Christ. I loved this conference. I think messages so centered on the family and on the plan of salvation, which is so relevant in today's world. I just loved the messages and it was wonderful to be able to attend one of the sessions.

I spent like 2 days last week making skirts for the girls for Easter. I thought they would be easier than they actually were. The work was worth it because, at least I think, they turned out so cute. Lillian, however, refused to wear hers. So this is her Easter outfit...

Thankfully Isabelle is still young enough that she lets me dress her most of the time, plus she wanted to wear her skirt. Doesn't she look cute? And again, by the way, I made that skirt.

For Easter dinner my Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Daren and their family from Denver, along with my Grandparents came over to my parents. Here is my cousin
Mekelle, her husband Jake and their baby Bridgette and Lillian. Our families have such a great time together, it was great to spend the holiday with them.

My brother Michael and his fiance Sarah came up from Provo. Aren't they cute together?

Here is my cousin Meredith with Bridgette and my Uncle Daren. My pics of Aunt Carolyn and Ethan didn't turn out - they were all blurry, but I love you guys too. They are just so much fun, I can't even tell you.
