ThAnKsGiViNg 2010

Thanksgiving's here. And that means: Turkey... Sweet Potatoes...
And Jedi Knights?
She's way cuter than Luke Skywalker. Am I right?
Look at all that delicious food. Even now my mouth is watering just looking at it and remembering it. Oh it was so so yummy!

We went to my parents in Bountiful for Thanksgiving Day, along with my Grandparents, my Uncle Randy and Aunt Jennifer.
My cousin Lindsey and her husband Reed, my cousin Shelby and her boyfriend Jordan. Lillian's favorite food from the spread: rolls. She and Isabelle are following me in their bread obsession; sorry ladies, I have no words of advice on curing your addiction, they're just so good!

Look who I found raiding the trash after the feast?

Caught you Annie! Isn't she so cute? How can you get mad at that face?

After the feast we drove up to Island Park in the ice and snow to spend the weekend with Kevin's family. We got there about 9:00. At around 11:00 Mary, Mick and I drove down the mountain to Rexburg to hit the stores for some Black Friday shopping! Crazy? Yes. But we got some good deals!

Isabelle loves to do puzzles and she's really good at them. She found lots of them at Grandma's house.
There is always plenty of snow at Grandma's house in the forest, as the girls like to call it.

Snow means snow angels...

After playing in the snow we drove up to West Yellowstone to see an IMAX movie about Mount Everest and to have some dinner. Look at the roads are they crazy icy or what?

We were all sleepy travelers.
Here is Kevin with the girls at the movie.

It was an intense movie. Maybe a little too intense for the little ladies. Lillian did learn a lot from it. She is always asking questions about Mount Everest now and asking us if we think the mountains by our house are growing a half an inch a year like Mount Everest is (a fact she learned from the movie).
The next day was filled with playing in the snow!
Kevin and Todd pulled the kids in a sled train to this sledding hill by the cabin, which was so fun for the kids.

Lillian with her cousins Madilyn and Claire.

The kids try to sled down the hill in this huge train. It finally worked out after a few trial runs!

It was a busy, crazy week but we sure had a lot of fun!

We were so lucky to spend it with both of our families and with the people we love. Good food, lovely company, fun times; what more could you ask for?
