This year we decided to go to the WAC Tournament in
Las Vegas to see the
Aggies play. We went with our good friends Rick and Tara
Weinert. Rick's parents own a vacation home in St. George so we stayed there for two nights before heading to Vegas and can I tell you, it was Heaven. We went from snow and cold to warm and beautiful. I woke up the first morning and said hello to Kevin and then I walked outside on to the patio to sit in the sun. We ate breakfast outside, then the men went golfing and Tara and I went for a walk. Then for the rest of the day we sat outside reading, talking, and eating. It was lovely! That night we went out to dinner and a movie. I adore my girls, love them to pieces, but it was so nice to have a little break! The next day we headed to Vegas. Kevin and I had only ever stopped in Vegas for lunch on our way to San Diego. Wow! Vegas is crazy.
On Friday we went to the Aggie game, which they, thankfully won. It was such a fun game. The next day we did a little shopping. 
Tara and I had been excited about H&M for the entire trip! 
That night the game was so much fun! It was close but that made it interesting. There were tons of Aggie fans; it almost felt like a home game. 
Thankfully the Aggies pulled through with a win! What a fun game! After the game we went back to St. George. 
I was soaking up the sun until the very last minute. Kevin had to come and tell me it was seriously time to leave. 
We had tons of fun! It was a great getaway from the cold in the north and go and see the sun. I am so ready for spring.
