Have you noticed there are two posts with hunting in the title this fall? I have...Well Kevin drew out for a deer tag in the south region of the state along with Todd and Mick. We headed down to
Paragoonah (yes I know it's a lovely name) and headed east into the mountains. We camped with Todd and Mick and Kevin's parents.
I didn't find my camera until Sunday so the pictures begin then.
On Sunday we drove to Bryce Canyon with Jim and Mary. I had never been before and Kevin hadn't remembered going when he was young so we were excited to see it.

It is fabulous, breath-taking, gorgeous. I am so glad we were able to go! It was definitely my favorite part of the trip.

I mean look at it; gorgeous.

The girls loved it too!

After Bryce Canyon we headed back to the deer camp and carved pumpkins.

On Saturday Kevin took both the girls on a 4-wheeler ride, which of course they loved. Isabelle couldn't stay away from them after that.

The girls with Jim and Mary.

Pace,
Jaygen, Jim, Isabelle, Lillian, Mary, and Briggs. The cousins sure had fun playing together.

After dark the pumpkins were lit. The kids were so proud of their pumpkins.
The next morning we woke up to snow! Like a blizzard! It was crazy. After Kevin and Todd got back we hurried and packed up and went home; deer-less. I felt terrible for Kevin. No elk and no deer. This was supposed to be the year of hunting for Kevin, which it was, but without any animals to bring home. Sorry Kevin. Don't worry we still love you.
