Easter, April 2011

Kevin was an awesome Dad and took the girls, by himself, to the Easter Egg hunt at Mack Park while I ran up the canyon. The girls were thrilled and brought home all kinds of candy. Lillian even brought home a $2 bill, which to a 5 year old, is the coolest thing ever.
Grandpa Jim and Grandma Mary came down on the Saturday before Easter, so Melissa and Lynn and their family came over and we colored eggs together.
Along with candy and flip-flops, the Easter Bunny brought the girls a Barbie Jeep that ended up being a little small...Oops. Thankfully, they still loved it.I tried to be a good mom for Easter this year and I let the girls pick out their own Easter dresses. I tried to persuade them to pick other dresses but they stuck to the dresses they loved.
How cute do they all look together?
After church we went to Bountiful to have Easter dinner.
I think Michael had a little too much candy and he decided to climb on the roof; he is so weird.
The Easter Egg Hunt. It is finally starting to feel like spring!
Sarah was visiting her family in Texas so Michael was there alone.
Grandma and Grandpa Forbes; we always having them there.
So here is my absolute favorite dinner. Palahu Meat (marinated and BBQ flank steak), stuffed potatoes, crab stuffed mushrooms, and strawberry spinach salad; yum, yum, yum. DELICIOUS.
We also celebrated my and Daniel's birthdays while we were all together.
