I love my birthday probably a little too much. But it only comes once a year and it's the one day that all the attention is on you. I know, it sounds a little narcissitic...But I don't care I love it! It's a celebration of YOU, why not love it? Have you tasted Cafe Rio's chili rellenos? They only have them on Mondays and they are to die for! My friend Hayley and I are a little obsessed. You can find us at Cafe Rio most Mondays for lunch eating a chili relleno. This year my birthday landed on a Monday so I got to have a chili relleno for lunch and it did not disappoint.
I have some of the best friends a girl can have. They have been there for me when I needed them and hopefully I can be there for them when they need me; I just love and adore them.

I made my own cake, which is really ok because I like to bake. It is this delicious Pineapple cake with coconut and almonds on top; holy cow it's good.
